Refund Policy
At NehaPharmacy.in, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent refund process under the following conditions:
📌 Eligibility for Refund:
- In-store Refund Only:
Refunds can only be processed at our physical store. - Original Bill or Voucher Required:
You must bring the original bill, invoice, or voucher for refund verification. Without a valid proof of purchase, refunds cannot be initiated. - Product Condition:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or used conditions are not eligible for a refund.
- Perishable items and prescription-based medicines are not returnable/refundable as per health regulations.
- Refund Timeframe:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
💳 Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued in the same mode of payment used during the purchase.
- If paid via UPI, card, or online method, the refund will be processed to the same account within 5–7 business days.
- Cash refunds are available only for cash purchases.

- Items without a valid purchase receipt
- Discounted or clearance items
